.hack//Link Announced For PSP!

After two sagas of PlayStation 2 games Namco Bandai is taking the .hack series to the PSP with .hack//Link. By the title and character art alone this looks like it’s based on the manga of the same name. One thing for sure is the characters are the same. However, the Famitsu photo is too blurry to make out any critical details about the gameplay or the developer.

The art direction seems a bit fanciful for the .hack series, I'm used to it being slightly more grounded.

That image raises so many questions...why is the main character PHYSICALLY in The World? Why is he fighting Haseo? Why is Haseo in it? Why does the main character look like Tai from Digimon?
