Hmmmm, doesnt seem to work with me I've downloaded the patch from the link twice, but it just gets stuck at the start where you're supposed to press A to continue, and it just stays there, with the words still blinking:\ Pressing eveything gets me no where. Does anybody knows what went wrong?

I don't mean to discourage you, but this is quite pointless since the NDS versions are available and far superior to the GBA versions.

and we can say this even more since there are the 3ds compilation

This is a late response, but if anyone else is confused about what h3rmit's patch applies to, it's for Gyakuten Saiban 3 -- it looks like EmkayDub16 is trying to apply it to the first game rather than the third.

Update:

Patch 006

- Added the rest English voices
- Fixed a glitch producing white rectangles when Objection is played from the Prosecution side
- Added a dark red outline around the "Take that!" graphic

Actually, I am thinking about continuing this project.

Up until now I haven't used any specific tools, except for hex editors and tile viewers, so I cannot really provide you with a ready-to-use solution.

But I have done a lot of research, and I may be able to fix a few of bugs and critical issues in the near future.

Patch 007

- Translated actions (Examine, Move, Talk, Present)
- Changed "Testimony in progress" to match the NDS version
- Added all the english place/topic names for the adventure mode (Move/Talk) from cocomonk22
- Translated all the case titles in the case selection menu
- Translated the Load/Save screen
- Added all the english evidence images from cocomonk22

It took a lot of research for a few graphics (case titles and the save/load), since they were sharing the same images in japanese.

This version is still not perfect, I am still researching how to fix a few crashes and glitches.
