They did that for all the games in Japan. Gyakuten Saiban 1 through 4 didn't get a subtitle either.

This Demo is in Japanese isn't it?
EDIT: NVM it loaded. It is in japanese =( and I don't want to play it because I don't want to ruin the story for myself.

They did that for all the games in Japan. Gyakuten Saiban 1 through 4 didn't get a subtitle either.

It'll most likely have a title in the US/EU and sometimes, the japanese rom contains english.

Why make another Gyakuten Kenji game? the first one was disappoint. Where is the "final" game in the series Capcom promised... Apollo Justice 2/Gyakuten Saiban 5?

There never was a final game. That was just a bad rumor someone started. Anyway, I liked the first game. Hopefully they don't have a case where the criminal annoyingly makes things unnecessarily long (aka AAI 1-5).
