Hacking GW blue card DSi XL 1.4.5E

hi all,
As the title says I'm trying to use my GW blue card on my DSiXL but I keep getting the "an error has occurred press power button... Etc" on boot. I tried another SD, reformatting them (always in FAT32), changing SD reader and redownloading the firmware from gw site, but every time afrer clicking on Deep Labyrinth icon I get that error.
Since it shouldn't be a DSi firmware problem what could be going wrong? Two or three months ago it was working just fine (that's when I used it to install B9S on my 3DS and this summer I used it on the DSi) and I tried it on my DS lite and it works.
Any help is appreciated thanks.

Tried some more but to no avail.
I should mention though that the error message appears right after I launch "deep labyrinth" if it matters.
Can anyone give me some advice please? I want to be sure I tried everything before buying another flashcard.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
