The update must be prepatched in the game, so to update it you have to redownload the whole game, which you can't if you didn't buy it.

Yes, because they removed the 'update' option from the menu i 2.0.

Good news is that the game doesn't have any nasty crypto, just 7x encryption. Needs 9.3+ to run.

Welp, I used the EUR version of SK and the one I updated to was USA. Someone for the love of gawd point me in the direction of an SDF tutorial...

The good news is I was able to save my Mii Plaza saves for the DL games. For some odd reason they decided to uninstall on me without warning. Not quite sure how that happened.

And I also realized that NintendoZone is dead on FW 10+. So no need to use [email protected] anymore...
