This thread is quite, not needed. Flashcarts can sometimes get a bit stuck, I've had it happened to me

i slid mine in and out of a ds lite until it was smoothed down a bit, that could help

Remove the sticker to decrease the thickness of the cart a tiny bit, it will then slide in more easily.
