Just saying, Wololo kind of manipulated his quote, he didn't ever say he is not looking for one for 5.50, or anything at all about 5.05, he just said that he doesn't have one for 5.50 right now, and doesn't have the time right now to find one any time soon.

I don't see how anyone draws a conclusion of "there will be no 5.05 release" out of that.

Too much work. The code runs in userland and sandboxed, they would need to use the same kexploit to elevate the execution privileges, at this point it's easier to simply weaponize a jailbreak.

Exactly, thus people need to be less skeptical if they want their system modified.
