With many people in your situation, surgery seems to be a popular option, but all that it changes are your genitalia. Certainly, there must be a deeper influence into this realm than wanting a hole in your crotch!

If you want to be seen as a woman, hormonal treatments would work much more effectively, wouldn't they? Although, that route would very much exclude you from having a sexual relationship with most any person.

There are other relevant surgical procedures, such as facial and skeletal restructuring. My jaw bone for instance is fairly prominent and would most likely have to be altered. Without that, it would be very difficult for me to pull off the appearance (even after hormonal treatment).

As for the relationship category that would put me in, there's a surprisingly large number of people who's sexual preferences I would fall into.

Sounds like he might have Gender Dysphoria (i.e. be Transgendered). Not sure if anybody knows the cause but basically you feel like you're a woman trapped in a man's body or vice versa. So being a woman would make him feel "right", normal, etc. This might not be how Urza feels but its a bit of explanation.
