@jDSX the best advice anybody here can give you has already been said by others, get yourself a lawyer or other form of professional legal counsel. If you dont do things the right way, she could flip things and make you look like the creeper. Seeing as shes underage and you're not this would be very bad in the eyes of the law and your peers. Seekvprofessional legal advice, thats honestly what you need in case shes the psychotic vengeful type....
