I think it will probably have an English Localization because a company holds rights to and a deal can be easily made [ shown by all the other Gundam games ] It looks quite good.

Possible, but there are a lot of Chinese characters in Japanese Kanji.

It should get a localization since it just looks too damn awesome not to.
I hope it won't turn out as horrible as that Gundam Dynasty Warriors game they did for PS3...
