Gaming Guitar Hero: Van Halen Problems

Im gonna download Guitar Hero: Van Halen tonight but before I do i was just wondering has anyone come across any problems with it on a softmodded wii?
Im using 4.2E (obviously PAL wii) with neogamma R7 (softmodded only)

Anyone experienced any problems or am i all clear?

check my sig. I use softmod for usb-loaded games. I think one guitar hero game freezed once during a song (might've been van halen), but that happened only one time.

So its fine to run the NTSC version?
Will i need to do any converting or patching?

You don't need to patch games for out-of-region compatibility. AT ALL. Just select Force PAL from the loader settings in your case.
