Thanks everyone. So whats the easiest tutorial to update the FW ? and to which version should I update my PSP Go ?
since you have a really old version of the pro fw you have a few options on the table
1.download the latest pro for your fw
2 downgrade to 6.20 and instal 6.20 pro b-10 perm
3 as you mentioned update your fw to 6.39 or 6.60 and install their respective pro cfw

edit2 also i really wanted to share a link with you guys for ps1 eboot icons http://endlessparadi...ad.php?tid=3436 even thought it has a little bit of i cons they are still pretty nice
which one do you think is the best work?

Most important things for me is to run the latest PSP games and most of PSX games.that's it.And I don't know the advantages and disadvantages of each one so i need your opinion on this. Now which one do you think is better for this?

This is the over cautious method -

Start your PRO CFW
Double check it is indeed 6.35 PRO B3 in the System Information in the settings menu. If it is....
Get the 6.35 PRO B3 Installer running again and use the Triangle button to uninstall PRO B3.
Then use the 6.35 PRO B10fix installer to install B10.
Set up popsloader as required.

Should I use this?

My PSP Go has a temporary hack.Is it possible to make the hack stable? Is it very risky or it's simple?

Someone might've asked this before, but is it possible for two PS1 eboots to use the same save/memory card?
I have this game called Strider 2, which comes with a port of the first game. If beat the first game and save after it, the second game will have an extra stage, but since they're separate games (and I made a skin for each game), I would like to have them like that instead of having them in one eboot.

If you make the eboot using the base.pbp and keys.bin files rather than the data.psp there should be a memory card management option in the home screen which would probably enable you to do what you want.

Found it, thank you. It's amazing how well thought this emulator/software/whatever is. On CFW 6.60, even the default settings can run games like The Misadventures of Tron Bonne (a tricky game to run) and now this whole memory card management thing...
I'm starting to think that the PSP IS the best handheld console ever made. It's just way too homebrew friendly to be ignored.

I stumbled upon a problem again. This time, it's a multiple disc eboot... there's the dropdown menu, but it doesn't let me click the other disc options. I'm trying to make a Mega Man 8 eboot with the main game and the two beta discs.
EDIT: also, some of my games won't even start converting.Or... they do, but they turn into 1.87GB eboots (everything, even a small 50mb iso). They worked a year ago with the same program.

you need to use a mouse with a little scroll thing in the middle to change the options

I'm a retard...
Thank you, it works like magic now.
Any ideas about the 1.87 GB eboot conversions it does for certain games? It did NOT happen before with these same exact rips (I made them myself). The only thing that changed is the OS, which is now a Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit, instead of a Home Premium 64-bit.

Personally, I don't like Popstation GUI simply because it only supports ISO files (unless more compatibility was added in a later version) and most of my dumps are CUEs, etc. I use Simple Popstation GUI 2 beta. It's got support for ISO, IMG, CUE, BIN, and PBP files. You can add all your images, preview the EBOOT, etc. And it has an interesting button. tongue.gif
Also, I use this for my gameboot images while popsdb is down. Just some useful information for you guys
PSX2PSP converted my Final fantasy VII bins to isos just fine.
When you converted the 3-disk game into 1 file, how did the game react when you reached that point in the game where you switch disks?
