Welcome to the 'How to fix a Semi-Brick on vWii'!
I never really saw any of these around, so I'd write one up. (sorry if there already is one)
A list of problems, fixes, and other things will be kept here. Please post your process of fixing your semi-brick below. It will make other users' process easier upon fixing their semi brick.
BartesPL: Bought a 4.0.0E Wii U. Recieved error 162-3006 when attempting to update. vIOSes 36-80 were patched with Trucha Bug, and NAND Access (vIOS 36 was patched with ES_Identify on top of it.) Attempted to fix by just installing vIOS36. Failed attempt, but he installed the rest of the vIOSes and was able to update.

An SD Card 2GB or under (limitations only for Game Exploit method)
An entrypoint to The Homebrew Channel (only for HBC Method)
YAWMM (for the apps folder)
Syscheck HDE
The vIOS(es) you need to replace (pm me or someone else who can dump them for you)
Good music, as this could take awhile

Before you fix your precious $300 stone, please take a system check, and follow the questions below.
Guide to making and posting a Syscheck
1. Do you get a black screen when booting vWii?
Yes: This is a full brick. There is nothing you can do.
No: Continue on.
2. Do you have The Homebrew Channel installed?
Yes: Great! Continue.
No: Go to question 4.
3. When/if you can load the Homebrew Channel, is it upside-down?
I can't load it: Your vIOS 58 is either a Wii one, stubbed, or non-existant. Go to question 4.
Yes: You will need to add vIOS58 to your list of patches, but follow the Homebrew Channel guide.
No: Awesome! Follow the "Homebrew Channel" Guide!
4. Do you have an exploit game and a SD Card 2GB or under?
Yes: Cool! Next question.
No: Go to question 6.
5. Can you boot the exploit game?
Yes: Good, you can follow the "Exploit Game" Guide!
No: Another vIOS that your game runs on is damaged. Go to question 6.
6. Do you have the USBGX or WiiFlow forwarders installed?
Yes: Cool! Follow the "USBGX or WiiFlow" Guide!
No: There is no way to fix your semi-brick then.

1. Pull YAWMM in your apps folder.
2. Put the vIOS into a folder. Does not matter the name.
3. Start YAWMM from the Homebrew Channel.
4. Navigate to "SD Card -> (vIOS directory)" once the app has started.
5. Install those vIOS wads.
6. Done!

You will need an SD Card 2GB or smaller; non-SDHC.

1. Put the private folder for your exploit game and YAWMM .elf file on the root of your SD Card. (is contained in the full package)
2. Put the vIOS into any directory on the root of your SD Card.
3. Start your exploit game. Activate the exploit.
4. Once the exploit finishes, YAWMM will load.
5. Navigate to "SD Card -> (vIOS directory)" once the app has started.
6. Install those vIOS wads.
7. Done!

1. Put YAWMM into the apps folder like usual.
2. Start USB Loader GX or Wiiflow
3. Navigate to their respective homebrew loading screens
4. Click on YAWMM, it will load.
5. Navigate to "SD Card -> (vIOS directory)" once the app has started.
6. Install those vIOS wads.
7. Done!

FAQ:
I'm on >5.2 FW, will installing vIOSes updated in 5.2 hinder my update abilities?
No, since the revision number is over what your Wii U is looking for, so it will skip that vIOS during the update process, since it's already updated. This is implemented because of possible system errors (powered off when updating) that could cause IOSes to be from a higher firmware. Hence why custom IOS on Wii had revisions 10000+ to avoid getting overwritten if an update happened.

SysCheck HDE crashes, freezes, or can't write to my SD Card after scanning.
Scan your vIOSes one at a time, by either using the <skipIOS> argument or using the UI of the program.

I get a error when installing WADs with YAWMM
Attempt to reload IOSes until you can get one that write WADs to NAND. If you have functioning cIOS, select those for a safer, and easier experience.

YAWMM crashes when I select a vIOS or cIOS
The vIOS or cIOS you selected is either a Wii, stubbed, or corrupted. Restart the application and select a different vIOS.

Let me know if anything is missing, wrong, outdated, ect.

- Changed the exploit game method to use YAWMM's boot.elf. will test with Smashstack NTSC soon
- Exchanged the "Forwarder" guide for the USBGX and Wiiflow guide (a few testing sessions showed me that it doesn't work with a few known forwarders, making it unlikely or impossible to work)

i know its kind of early but im catching myself lol
