Well....not really help but i was wondering when do you unlock the secound island? (Algonquin)

I just finshed the mission on Chapter 2 "Out Of The Closet" and going onto "Escuela Of The Streets".

The mission you're talking about is with that sniper on the roof, right?
If it is, the next or following mission of Escuala (?) will unlock the second island.

i tried the "Escuela Of The Streets" mission but some idiot with a machine gun (Uzi?) caught me off guard.

When you get to Algonquin go to Perseus and perhaps Modo and buy yourself a nice suit

Also kill Playboy I hate him

all I did for that one was try to cross the bridge and then hide under the boardwalk and got it

the cops , police boats, and heli's couldnt reach me
