Just a minor update:
I got my issue of NP the same day as I posted this but only yesterday took notice to their calender (where NP gives ETAs on game releases). Their release for Chinatown Wars merely says "TBA." Whereas a game like Avalon Code is listed as "TBA/2009," GTA doesn't even offer a year. So...I'm wondering if we might see a delay on the game. Could be that it's not as far along as we were led to believe. The word at E3 was: "Coming This Winter." (even the official site still says that)
It's probably nothing, but just wanted to throw that out there.
