Hacking Green Day : Rock Band DLC?

Greetings,
No I am not asking for links of any kind.
I have just some questions,as there IS NO wad out there that is made for this game.
So I was wondering,and since I am a big fan of their music,if it is possible to crack the online store so I can get more songs for free?
Does the wad of Rock Band 3 work on this game too,or what is to be done exactly?
I would have taken the easiest way if I only had an international credit card,or a shop where they sell Wii Shop Cards... but where I live,there is NOTHING --""

I seem to remember something about the file structure of the DLC being changed from previous DLCs somehow so no one could figure out what to do with it.
