I liked the multiplayer mode in NSMB and I was wondering if any other platforming/adventure titles had local multiplayer? thanks! [IMG]

I dunno... maybe you'd like Crash, but if you want something like NSMW, I don't remember seeing anything similar... if you beat it and still want more, I recommend you wait for a custom NSMBW to be released, I myself am waiting for Newer Super Mario Bros Wii [IMG] Even though I'm still on world 5 lol

I was kinda hoping for something new since my sisters/friends are getting a bit bored of it since they aren't so good at Mario, but thanks anyway.

I don't think you will find any other adventure/platform games for so much players.
If you want other 4 player games, take a look at Boom Blox (series), Mario Kart Wii and SSBB.

nope, this is why NSMB was such a good yet such an obvious idea at the same time

it hadn't really been done well before

just fire up some coop games on emulators [IMG]

Look for the RPGs "Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New world" or if you speak Japanese look for "Tales of Graces". Best multiplayer ever. Co-op story mode.

If RPGs aren't your thing only options are Mario Kart ,Boom Blox, SSBB, or emulators.

I haven't played it, you could try Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga.

If you can look at Virtual Console games, there are coop platform like Super Contra 3,
or a little less platform and more isometric : Double Dragon (nes), Golden Axe (Genesis), Turtle in time (Snes), but they are more Fight'em all than adventure.

Ah, there's also Metal slug antology, It's coop right ?

I don't remember any other for the moment.

I'd say Lego Indiana Jones. The second one is pretty mediocre but the first one is awesome. It's got a lot of co-op emphasis and is pretty much puzzle solving action with platforming. It's quite good.
