I came to say just that, it was not leaked, it was extracted by someone that got from e-shop after release

I still got the PC version that included that nice tour guide, which also lists all of the tracks. Went through it yesterday and even though some of the good tracks are gone, a lot of them are still there. I'm just glad that White Wedding and Welcome to the Jungle survived. As well as "All My Ex's live in Texas".

Probably one game will be physical and the other 2 downloads

According to each game’s own eShop page, Grand Theft Auto III is 2.2GB and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is 10.8GB, but Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is only 119MB.

Vice City’s page includes an extra message, not included with the other games, which says: “The estimated system space that will be required to download this game is 6.5GB.”

Yup according to this:

this is really no surprise to me companies in general (on switch atleast) tend to just take the full files from another version and then edit them as needed. hell I've found exe files and even files for playstation trophies in games as some examples

Has anyone noticed the disabled or removed graphics settings??

If you run version 1.0.0 of gta 3 on yuzu
You can see in graphics you have 3 options

Bloom
Depth of field
Lens flare

But once you apply the update nsp on switch
Those settings are gone you are only left with bloom
