The graphical differences are miniscule, so that does not matter to me much. I got the 360 version for, like most people, the exclusive download content. If a person owns both PS3 and 360, I don't see a good reason to get the PS3 version unless he's a loyal Sony fan (or I guess if they don't want to pay for Live).
