Does anyone know where the place is to do street racing and also to practice with weapons? They always tell me theres a new weapon to practice with and recently I unlocked races but I don't know where to find either of them.

The gun club is southwest-ish of the airport. It's a big brown-red building behind a small wall.
It lets you practice with various guns, and you get a score, medal and money based on how well you did.
