Can somebody give me the link to the ARM7 fix and tell me how to fix it, I tried searching for the download

The ARM7 binary file is copyrighted data so no links can be given here. You will have to use dslazy or something similar to extract an ARM7 file from another (working) ROM. Don't ask for one of those either.

use the search Function next time as this question has been answered lot of times

patch file:

1.download the patch from that link (megaupload).
2.when the download is finished, you will have a "ind-gtafix.zip" file
3. extract the zipped file (you know how to extract .zip file right?)
4.when extracted you will have a folder with 3 files, "xdelta.exe" "xpa-gtac.bat" "xpa-gtac.fix"
5. copy the Gta rom in to that folder and rename the gta rom to xpa-gtac
6.now when you have done, Run "xpa-gtac.bat", it will generate a patched rom
7.now copy the patched rom to your flashcard and play.

I've gotten ARM7/9 fixes here before. Not sure what you're referring to.

However, a simple search should have brought up several threads related to this particular game and topic.

I've seen moderators remove links to ARM7/9 files because they are a part of commercial/copyrighted software. The tools that manipulate them (e.g. dslazy) are ok though.

Well I owned a R4, and i just searched Youtube for patches for GTA, or links to pre-patched ROMs. and it works perfectly. no slow downs. no crashes. even with full stars. and cops swarming everywhere.
