GPD XD Problem

Hello All!

I have a GPD XD and I have a weird bug!
My GPD XD doesn't charge when I'm on a micro usb wire to usb adapter (the same as phone), it doesn't charge anymore!! I also tried to multiple phone adapter, the classic ones but with micro usb wire, NOTHING charges.
BUT....When I connect it to a USB port to my DESKTOP, it does charge!! Could the OS of the phone be involved? Any idea what shall I do to this that?
