So my dongle + jack came in the mail today and I was able to install CFW (Atmosphere 0.9.3) onto my unpatched Switch. I was successful in getting CFW onto it and I have questions in regards to it.

I wanted to know how I would be able to create emuNAND for my Switch with the Atmosphere CFW? Is that what emuMMC is?

I read online that it is recommended to change my micro SD format to FAT32, not exFAT. I am not too sure, since I have a 128gb SanDisk micro sd card, if I should reformat it to FAT32 or not?

So I just went through the process and setting up emuNAND for my Switch; I had made the partition, created a SD partition for emuMMC, and I tapped on "changed emuMMC" to select "SD RAW1" afterwards. I just want to clarify that emuMMC is emuNAND right? Since my options when opening the launch menu were "CFW sysNAND, CFW emuMMC, and Stock sysNAND."

emuMMC and emuNAND are different words with the same meaning. Atmosphere calls it emuMMC, SX OS calls it emuNAND.

You first created a full backup?
of course. I followed the guide which told me to make a NAND backup and other backups too.

ah okay. Thank you for the clarification. I am used to the term emuNAND since I knew the term when getting CFW for my 2DS.

I have an issue. I am trying to install NSP files and I am following this guide to do it. link
However, when I get to the step where I open Goldleaf and select "USB installation", I do not have that option. What am I doing wrong?

My goldleaf is ver. 0.6.1

Goldleaf and Goldtree are two different things. Goldtree runs on your PC. You need to open that first on your PC and then proceed with USB installation.
