What you could have done. Was looked at one of the 80000 threads just like this. But to answer your question
-no piracy
-have ironfall Pre patched? -needs to be installed through another hax
-have cubic ninja? -can use homebrew
-have oot?- oot hax-menu hax

People on 9.9 can also use the search function, or check page 3 or 4 on this forums. Not to be a hater, but there are so many people who keep asking about this without using the search function...
