Hacking Got a question about the original wii hacking, not64/wii64 in perticular.

i have not 64 on my wii, I checked out ur compatability list and seen stuff about "rice" and "glide" modes. I have not64 not wii64, is rice and glide something exclusive to wii 64?? or is that something that just works for the wiiU? do I need to download wii64 instead? because id love to play some dk64 or tooie.. but it only works in "rice" mode. if anyone can please get back to me

Rice is a newly added plug-in to improve compatibility and was only added to wii64, you can use it on both wii and wii u (vwii). The one you will use depends on the games, if they are only compatible with rice go for it, but if it is already ok with not64 i’d suggest to stick with that since rice is a beta. For example, in 007 the world is not enough, the textures were all black except for the floor but now, with rice, the textures got back to normal.
