    my dad works for nintendo.
    i am trying to play my ps2 burned games.. i installed last REBUG, toolbox and multiman
    the discs i had were appearing as dvd video disks, however after change some options on rebug toolbox they now are being read as ps2 format disc...
    however when i try to launch them the screen goes back and kicks me back to XMB with 80028f17 error code...

    anyone know a solution\can help me?

    Launch off USB rather than disc.

    Rebug 4.7.6.1 REX and cobra 7.2. Nuff said.

    On the Kitchen Table Obviously
    I tried running PS2 games off USB, it doesn't work.
    It gets transferred to internal HDD first then it runs.
    Basically USB-->copied--> HDD
    Same thing happens in Multiman or Webman as a loading screen.

    Afaik you can't run burned Swap Discs, only legit PS2 discs.
    You will need to run PS2 ISOs instead.
    You should find some method of transferring them to internal HDD.

    USB or FTP works but FAT32 formatted USBs have a 4GB file size limit so I would recommend FTP over USB when it comes to larger PS2 games.

    The folder paths are
    USB://PS2ISO
    dev_hdd0:/PS2ISO
