Doesn't seem like a Chrome App Nintendo would be involved in.

Is this a case of Google not policing the Chrome Apps Store ?

    heh.

Surely someone at google could notice that a browser app with 127,000 users shouldn't be using Nintendo images ?

Google doesnt really care, look at all the emulators and hacking tools available in the play store (for android). Unless they get a take down nitice, it will stay there lol

Emulators aren't really illegal. It can be used for something considered grey in the piracy area unless you rip the games themselves, but they're far from illegal. :P
