I have about $35 and I want to buy a DriveKey. It'd be nice if someone could tell me where I can get one at about this price please. (:

Again, sorry if this is against the rules... Just delete my post if it is.

There's no point in buying a modchip.

Softmod with this guide.
I have 4.3U though and you can't play DVD, backups, or get the Wii flow thing with that version as far as I know. I have the Homebrew channel on it and it's just sitting there doing nothing on my Wii.

I'm not even sure if USB Loader works on 4.3 though... I'm very much not lucky because it's very very limited to what I can do. And external hard drives are expensive, aren't they?

4.3 has nothing to do with USB loading.

the only thing your wii might have is a d3-2 drive, which wont allow any disc backups to be read at all, even with a modchip.

a good hard drive around 300-500GB will only cost about 40-60 USD

your already halfway there.

trust me, your better off getting a hdd.

you can save all programs and games on it, not to mention music and movies.

you can get a decent one for as little as $50 you've only got $15 more to save and it will be way more worthwhile than that chip.

Then you should search. If you have SSBB or Lego Indiana Jones (Which you can pick up for $20 at Walmart) then you can still get homebrew and Wiiflow and such to work. If your Wii is less than 1.5 year old or maybe 2 years old... the modchip won't help you anyway because the newer drives PHYSICALLY can't read backups and such. Softmod is the best option for you.

Also... Many mod chips don't have working region free on SM 4.2+ so you'd still need to throw homebrew on there anyway.

You need to hack your Wii before it works. Don't expect it work out-of-box.

Read this: http://gbatemp.net/t171901-modify-any-wii-4-3-below.

Since you are 4.3, get Super Smash Brawl so you can hack it.
I've already hacked my Wii. I just need to know how to get USB Loader right now. Do you by any chance know, sir?

Google that shit yo
I've been googling it and nothing is telling me it's possible or not):

why wouldn't it be possible?
i've told you before, the system menu version doesn't matter
as long as you have cIOS installed, you can use USB loaders.

Listen to xzxero, he's the man! Assuming your Wii is already hacked, as you say, download a USB loader of your choice (for example CFG). Put the USBLoader folder in the apps folder in the root of your SD card. The USBLoader folder should contain a file named boot.dol. Then launch HBC and from there launch the USB loader... Easy as pie. This is something you could have found by yourself with a little reading. I guess the Youtube generation doesn't like to read anything

The one problem I have with a lot of beard balms like that is that they smell so intensely that it's like the only thing I can smell for an hour
  • Veho @ Veho:
Question, what does a beard balm/wax actually do? Is it just a hair oil product, or does it act as a gel and shapes it or what?
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
Yeah it's a hair oil, kind of like a leave-in conditioner, but it also helps to keep your skin under the beard moisturized a bit, and since it is oily it does help a tiny bit with helping it hold its shape or lay flatter especially after brushing it

The one I have right now that I use every once in a while is tobacco + vanilla scented. It smells -fantastic- IMO, but same issue, for like the first hour or two it is just an ever present scent that I smell on every single inhale.
