Hacking Good site from which to purchase a DS flashcart?

I wish to buy an Acekard 2i to complement TwilightLoader in my New 2DS XL, but have no idea what site you folks would currently recommend.
It would also be nice if the site had a payment workaround that enabled PayPal, but I can use a credit card if neccessary.

you'd better check at Newegg, it is safe like ebay and amazon,
but price is much cheaper

I was thinking more of a specialty reseller\distributor akin to nds-card (which I forgot to mention i'm aware of). I appreciate the effort, but none of the sites you mentioned are 'underground' friendly. If NDS-card is still the 'best', just tell me and I won't mind.

If any R4 clone is suitable, than more power to you. Unfortunately, the cart i'm seeking has unique functionality with the TwilightMenu stuff.

I am surprised no one came up with a way to reflash these carts to kill off the time bomb crap.

The demand was never really there. It's just a matter of changing the year in settings or using YSmenu. There's probably even less of a demand with Twilight steadily improving.

I searched for Acekard 2i for a long time too, and asked from many resellers, can't found one, so I finally purchased the R4i gold 3ds plus which seems highly recommeded and it works well on my 3DS XL. That's a good choice. And I get it very fast via direct shipping from USA.

What functionality are you referring to? Are you talking about some of the new features discussed in https://gbatemp.net/threads/twiligh...ludes-b4ds-for-all-dldi-enabled-cards.549720/ ?

With CFW installed, generally any old flashcart is as good as any other. The only thing that makes some cards better is the functionality of ntrboot (which is nice, but not essential), compatibility with stock 3DS units, and support for higher-capacity microSD cards
