Good news for Portal fans: "Portal: Still Alive" unofficial PC port now available for free download

Portal: Still Alive was an Xbox Live Arcade exclusive port of Portal with additional levels inspired by the levels ported over as a free mod from Portal: The Flash Version. The levels were in a format unreadable outside the Xbox console, and were unable to be played with a keyboard and mouse.
These levels were ported over to the PC version by Lever Software thanks to a leak that contained the Hammer files for these levels.

hmm... I can't seem to install it. I have it in the sourcemods folder, but no matter how many times I restart Steam, it never works

Place the Portal-StillAlive folder in the sourcemods folder like this and then restart Steam.

It should then show up in your library like this where it'll be ready to launch:

• Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer (with it set to the "upcoming" beta branch)

Most likely not needed but are still source games

They're different ones, way different that Still Alive ones.

Oh damn, I already have portal on my 360. I'm not buying it again. My laptop is from 2008 and I don't think pc gaming is its strong point. Lol

Just finished playing Still Alive including some of the bonus levels. It's definitely a bit harder than the original portal game, but much like the original it doesn't take all that much time to complete once you're familiar with the mechanics used.

That being said, I really like it and I'm glad to have gotten to play this game after all this time and would recommend everyone to play it if they haven't already.
