I don't know how many replies I'll get to this, but I thought I'd give it a shot.

Recently, I've started going to a gym 3-4 times a week to work out and build some of the muscle tone and stamina I've never had. I don't mind the workout, but I tend to get kind of bored during it, so I always bring my ipod.

I've been experimenting with a variety of stuff, rock, metal, podcasts, etc. So far the music I've enjoyed the most has actually been Bon Jovi, since his stuff is pretty upbeat and rhythmic. But I was wondering, does anyone else exercise and listen to music? What do you listen to?

I could use some suggestions [IMG]

    Caramelldansen.

No, I'm not kidding. It's always on my "at work" playlist.

Anything that has a good fast-paced beat works for me. (club/dance music works well)

    Rocky IV Training Montage Soundtrack

If I can think of more I'll tell you. I don't really remember the name of the songs they put when I went to the gym.

The "Mortal Kombat" movie soundtrack. Great songs, and the perfect length for a workout, too.

Really? [IMG] I had gotten the theme stuck in my head at some point of course, but I didn't think to check out the rest of the soundtrack.

Wow, everyone has such interesting ideas.

Disturbed has some good songs to work out to as well, Down with the sickness,Stupify,Divide,Indestructible. Ect.

I'd just go with "Anything Metal" is generally great to workout too.

    Bon Jovi?
I work out to psytrance or drum and bass usually. Also, terrorcore/hardcore techno is pretty motivating.

I'd cut out the Dragonforce... [IMG]
    Really the Unforgiven 3?
They have so many better songs, I'd get the Master of Puppets Album, ...And Justice for all, and Death Magnetic. Those are great workout songs
