What do you suggest? I want something that has story, that has no puzzle (maybe part of a game) quests, etc

Long? Story? Quests? Sounds like you need an RPG.

    The World Ends With You
    Chrono Triggers
Mario & Luigi Partners in time/bowsers inside story.
Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow/Potrait of Ruin/Order of Ecclesia

Are some of my personal picks.

SMT: Devil Survivor overclocked (3DS) or 2 (DS)

Dozens of hours to be played on both (or hundreds, if you're like me)

Luminous Arc 1 & 2, great anime styled tactical games, and lots of voice acting.
Also Final Fantasy Tactics - another brilliant tactical game with fantastic music :)
Either of the Zelda's also ensure hours of gameplay.

Here's a good list of what I believe would be good for a long journey. I don't know if you have a flash card or even planned on getting emulators and GBA games, but I listed some of those anyway.

    NDS GAMES -
    • Tales of Innocence - Requires translation patch
    • Soma Bringer - Requires translation patch
    • Chrono Trigger DS
    • Final Fantasy III DS
    • Final Fantasy IV DS
    • Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies
    • Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride
    • Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation
    • Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen
    • Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker
    • Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2
    • Radiant Historia
    • SaGa 2: Hihou Densetsu: Goddess of Destiny - Requires translation patch
    • My World, My Way
    • Monster Tale
    GBC/GB GAMES -
    • For the Frog the Bell Tolls - Requires translation patch
    • Dragon Warrior Monsters
    • Dragon Warrior Monsters 2: Cobi's Journey
    • Dragon Warrior Monsters 2: Tara's Adventure
    • The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening / DX
    • Final Fantasy Legend
    • Final Fantasy Adventure
    • God Medicine - Requires translation patch
    • Keitai Denjuu Telefang: Speed Version / Pokemon Jade - You can wait for the proper fan translation or play the engrish bootleg now (If you can find it)
    • Keitai Denjuu Telefang: Power Version / Pokemon Diamond - You can wait for the proper fan translation or play the engrish bootleg now
    GBA GAMES -
    • Mother 3 - Requires translation patch
    • Mother 1 + 2 - Requires translation patch
    • Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories
    • Final Fantasy IV Advance
    • Final Fantasy V Advance
    • Final Fantasy VI Advance
    • Tales of Phantasia - Use the fan translation of the Japanese version to avoid typos like "Kangaroo" instead of "Ragnarok" that the official US version uses
    • Dragon Quest Monsters: Caravan Heart - Requires translation patch

    Both SMT games
Mario & Luigi PiT (BiS has a lot of puzzles, but fun nonetheless)
Castlevania PoR/DoS/OoT (I find PoR best for long trips, DoS requires the stylus at some point and OoT is just better at home)
Pokemon HG/SS is excellent for long journeys

Why do people ask these kinds of questions? Just play games you normally would, and stock up on a lot games for your flash kart.
