Hardware Good and Cheap online Japanese Import Store?

Does anyone know or recommend a cheap online store to buy 3ds items imported from japan?

I'm looking for an awesome Jap New 3DS Cover Plates NO.012 but everywhere I look it seems to be very expensive and googling for a random store might not be the best option.

Hopefully to ship to Costa Rica or USA.

I'll second nin-nin-games. I got my Xenoblade X Wii U bundle from them, and it was a good experience. The price was reasonable, and the shipping was fairly quick.

I used to use Play Asia all the time, but I feel like their prices for physical items have gone way up. They are still great for codes and such though, e.g. Japanese eShop codes.

Finally, http://amazon.co.jp/ is OK for most things, but the shipping is a little expensive, and they won't send expensive items to other countries. They definitely have the best selection of stuff though (essentially anything you can buy in Japan).
