Gaming Golf Story NSP Won't Install SX OS 1.4

Anyone else having issues running Golf story on SX OS 1.4. The game installs instantly and then wont open comes up with an error

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
