Gaming Goldeneye Promotion Codes

I got the (PAL) version of this game yesterday and it came with promotion codes to unlock I think modes in multi-player, is it possible to unlock these modes without the use of these codes?

I wonder if I can use the same codes on a different Wii, I should check this later.

The modes are on the disc

Someone will make a cheat to enable the modes for people who may have misplaced or can use another "code"

Yeah, that's what I thought. Hopefully someone comes up with a cheat to unlock them.

It would have to be like a keygen, but you also have to connect to WFC in order to input the codes, so I would assume that they can easily be invalidated due to a limited number of copies having the codes with them. I just bought the special edition with the gold Classic Controller Pro, it was 5 bucks less then buying them individually.

you unlock the extra modes when you hit level 35 apparently. the codes just unlock them right away.

I was looking at the booklet that came with the game, under Multiplayer game modifiers, it has Tag and Invisibility there and at the end has (unlock with promotional codes).

Also, the paper that has the codes on it says it unlocks the classic mode which can be unlocked at level 35, but my brother said it unlocked another thing and not that. I should ask him what when he comes back.

DSGamer64, can you confirm what it unlocked?

EDIT: The classic conflict mode code unlocked Tag Team mode but not classic conflict. I think it could be a problem.

So it looks like only Tag Team mode gets unlocked and no invisibility. Classic conflict mode unlocks at level 35. Sucks!

It wouldn't be like a keygen. It would be like brute forcing a points card.

A keygen works by completing an algorithm that the program recognizes to unlock the program, offline. A code like this is totally random that can't be cracked.
