It seems to rely entirely on speed/size for Akaio 1.8.1 (XXXX/lolcats dump)
It works on my 512mb LG card but not my 4gb Kingston. I'm about to try it on a 4gb class 6 Transcend, I'll edit this with my results...

Doesn't Work
- 4GB Class 4 Kingston

AKAIO 1.81 with AP Patch on, working fine on my 8GB Class 4 knock off of a micro-sd card.

Works perfectly fine with a 4GB Kingston mSD - AKAIO 1.8.0 (not really bothering to upgrade to .1 unless a game I want doesn't work on .0). Still, it played Poke B/W perfectly, so if it couldn't play this because of speed issues I would have been pretty surprised.

Got EZ Flash Vi, 4GB microSD doesn't work but 2GB microSD works.

It has nothing to do with the seize of the mSD, but the read / write speed of your mSD. Go and check that with some software, Sweetie.

Possibly, response time is another factor that's stopping some mSD cards. It might even be more important than read/write speeds. It's another consideration anyway.

I use a program called HDTach to test the response times.

Any guesstimates as to what numbers we're looking for? Anyone?
Testing doesn't tell a person much if that person doesn't know where they may be failing.

Japanese .sav works with the North America game. The only problem is that Matthew's name is wiped out, everything else is fine.

While I am waiting for a patch this is good news.
