Hacking Question going online after clearing switch of cfw

im planning on getting a switch and buying a legitimate copy of acnh. ive been playing ac on the ryujinx emulator and have a save file on my pc that i would like to transfer to my switch once i get it. i understand that i will have to mod my switch ect.
but i want to know if its possible to play online after i transfer my save, then get rid of everything that ive modded, leaving only the save behind, and not get banned from going online after doing so.

You cannot keep the save idea and avoid getting banned. These are mutually exclusive.
