Godmode9 unusable, up key permanently active

When I press start while booting up my 3DS, Godmode9 launches normally. But I am not able to do anything, since the menu reacts, as if the down key of the control pad is stuck.
Of course, Luma and GodeMode9 are already updated to the newest versions!
When booting the 3DS system menu, everything works just fine.

Any idea for this strange problem? I need urgently an answer
