Has anybody noticed if the perks of this armor set ("Adds a very small amount of constant Health regeneration.") actually works? I've noticed in combat a healing cooldown will pop up, but it very well could be one of my enchantments. (Andvari's Soul, high chance for Destroyer's Health Burst) Kind of hoping I didn't waste a ton of time upgrading my Ivaldi's set fully for no reason.
