Hacking go online to play some games i bought legit while having cfw

I am buying a modded switch soon and I plan to pirate some games on there, but there are some games that I care about playing online, like Minecraft which I plan to get legit and Fortnite sometimes, so is there a way to go on those with cfw and not get banned?
