After a long wait, Karl Kenner has finally released a new version of GlovePIE. Get it here.
A long wait? More like a really long wait. I thought he had abandoned the project for sure.
Cheers for the info!
Hey, I need help!
I can't get the SIXAXIS work.
I have downloaded GlovePie, started it, Opened "FakeIRmouse" (You use "SIXAXIS Mouse", so you tilt the remote up to move the mouse upward.)
I connected the Wiimote with BlueSoleil, and it IS connected, I CAN use the arrows on the remote as the keyboards arrows.
But the bluetooth can't "talk" to the remote, It doesn't feel the SIXAXIS.
Anyone know what I can do? Do I need some extra drivers or something?
Try connecting SIXAXIS with USB?
Hm what's with this?
How? What do you mean?
I have connected the wii remote, but the Bluetooth USB Dongle can't read the SIXAXIS from the remote...
I've used this.
Works really great and isn't very hard to set up (you can play World of Warcraft with the d-pad!).
I think he means connect the SIXAXIS with the USB charging cable.
I think the author has the right to specify where his software may or may not be used.
You need special drivers for the sixaxis to work , a sixaxis is no wiimote.
Also motion-capturing doesn't work under windows and the sixaxis drivers.
whats new in .30
are there new wiimote programs? If not... i'm not wholly interested.
Wiimote program like what? You can pretty much use your Wiimote for any application or game once it's connected and properly configured.
Gears of War Wii FTW.
