People should be playing Alan Wake 2, it's a shame it's digital only though, but I think it's one of the best PS5 games.

It's a game forum yet no one wants to give any opinions about games, shame.

Getting close to beating Alan Wake 2, it makes Last of Us 2 look like Tickle Me Elmo.

Control was awesome too. Remedy's never made a bad game, However Control is more action oriented (but not always an easy game) but Alan Wake 2 is more detective type work and trying to solve crimes more than focusing on attacking enemies. It blows away Alan Wake 1 which wasn't a bad game in itself at all, but I just am highly impressed with it. I don't like that Remedy made it digital only but I bought it anyway and I'm glad I did. Not an easy game by any stretch though. Every time you beat a chapter there's a song and the music is really good in it to boot.

Alan Wake and Control are tied together, I never played the DLC of Control which is supposed to tie them together, need to.

You also get the guy in Alan Wake 2 who voiced Max Payne (unfortunately he died last year) and they sort of make you think the character he plays is Max Payne, but different name of course because Max Payne is under Rockstar/Take Two and Remedy isn't.

Currently playing through Jusant. It's a journey-like game that's about climbing this huge ass cliff. It's kind of cool and impressive visually. The controls take a bit of getting used to (you control each arm to hold on to ledges), and it slightly requires suspension of disbelief (you almost float over the cliffs with your arms following suit). But for a budget game, it's pretty ambitious and achieves what it sets out to do.

Game I played: Alex Kidd.

I liked it better than Super Mario Bros (at the time): better graphics, better controls and the levels were overall more fun. It’s crazy to me how Sega managed to lose the mascot war with such a cool character.

🦡🎶✊✋✌️💨🍙

Game I want to play: Monster Hunter Stories.

I have zero opinions about the franchise and yet I would like to play this. It’s the most expensive mobile game I bought and it’s still sitting on my phone, collecting digital dust. One day, my friend.

Game I will never play: FNAF

I don’t understand the craze of this genre and I never will. Also I don’t care.

I’m working on GTA V. I got it free years ago in the Epic games store and just never started it. Breath of The Wild and Tears of The Kingdom (both great games) took up most of my game time.

Control also seems good. I’ve had that for a while too. I like the premise

Game I played (and still currently play): Tactical Nexus, imagine Tower of the Sorcerer but with all kinds of new things to do and metaprogression in each tower (at the end of a tower you get a medal which you can use to open special "medal doors" in the same or different towers).
Although I don't really like the way the DLC is priced ($15-25 per additional chapter to a grand total of $100 for all DLC), you can play the game a lot with just the first 2 free chapters.

Game I want to play (it doesn't have to be an existing game, right?): Super Mario Maker 3D. Like, even the Switch is powerful enough to give players a simplified 3D game engine like Game Builder Garage, so why not just extend that concept to Mario Maker? It would be so amazing to finally get more Mario Galaxy and the like.

Game I'll never play: League of Legends, like everything about the game is the opposite to games I play: super long game sessions (with penalties for disconnecting), it's a major competitive sweatfest like Splatoon Ranked, the premium currency cannot be obtained without paying, and it's owned by Tencent.

Will never play: horror visual novels

I play visual novels to get to know characters on a deep and personal level. Bland horror already don't amuse me, and mixing those two gets pretty counter intuitive.

Game I want to play: A game like Ocarina of Time with multiple choices of progression and a few optional life-simulation elements (without being a sandbox open world game)

Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, although it was made by Ubisoft (ugh), it's a great game. Love the character designs for the Sparks!

Games I will never play: Fortnite, Among Us, and Pokémon.

Fable 2. It looked cool when I was younger but it got released a few years before I got an Xbox 360 and I forgot about it. I could bring out my Xbox 360 which has been retired for at least a decade now but don't think I'll bother. A great game in the too late, no longer give a shit pile.

Streets of rage 2 is a hell of a good time. Been playing it quite a bit recently just because I wanted to play as my boy Skate, but couldn't get passed H. Bear. Then I played Axel and got to stage 8 in my first try with him, and it make me realize how much his reach carried me through the game. I wish Skate was a little better, I always liked him as a kid.
