Hacking Getting the Health Warning screen back...

I flashed my NDS phat in January this year and I'm now making the decision to sell it..... but I flashed it with the flashme that removes the health warning screen so even though it might be useful for some people it's going to make a majority of people suspicious. Is it really okay to flash it with the latest flashme which has the warning screen intact over the previous flashme or do I have to remove that one before putting the new one?
