Hacking Getting (several) legit Mew(s) trough Pokémon Ranch

Hi there,
I heard that you can get Mew in Pokéman Ranch and can transfer it to Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. From Pearl you can transfer it to Black/White/Black 2/White 2 and from this to X or Y. This would be the only legit way to get Mew nowadays without an event.

At the moment my girlfriend and I own together:
-Pokémon X and Y
-Two New Nintendo 3DS XL
-Nintendo DSLite
-Wii with homebrew channel installed
-A R4i Gold flashcard

Since meeting the goals for receiving Mew in Pokémon Ranch is pretty time consuming, I hoped to just download a rom with a savegame where the goals are already met.
Furthermore I would transfer the Mew to a Pokémon Diamond or Pearl rom which than will transfer the game to an official copy of Black/White/Black 2/White 2 (and the rest of the way is official and easy).

Since I never connected a DS to my Wii and I never downloaded a WiiWare games I am not familiar if my plan can really work.

Therefore I have the following questions:
-Is it even possible to download a rom of Pokémon Ranch with a savegame (this is the most crucial part of my plan)?
-Does tranfering the Mew work when I want to transfer it to a rom or do I need an offical copy of Diamond/Pearl?
-Can I transfer several Mews if I reset the savegames?
-If all this works, is it recognizable on my Mew that I worked with roms?
-Since I have to buy White, Black, Black 2 or White 2, which game is the best?
-Do you have any tips, which I should keep in mind?

WiiWare games are not roms, they are wads, you will need to go find it yourself. You can still buy WiiWare from the shop, so just go get it there is you want a legit copy. I'm sure you can find a save file with the requirements met somewhere. I have the game, but I haven't done the mew transfer before. I don't know if it would work with a rom of D/P. There is only one mew per save game, but you could just reused the save file that has the mew. I don't know if a single copy of D/P can receive multiple mews. B2W2 are squeals of BW so just get Black or White.
