getting retroarc to run on new windows 10 hp laptop

hello guys please tell me there are people here i need some help
i just got a new windows 10 hp laptop and i got old dos games working great but i can not for the life of me get retroarc to run ps1 or segacd games to run and when i try on a playstation 1 emulator it says not respondeing when ever i try to run anything even bios,and yes i have both systems bio's
i cant seem to get anyone to help,not even talk back to me

Do you even have the PS1 and Sega CD BIOS files? You'll need to get those.
