No idea what 324 is, but just in case, I'll add my two cents:
If you've got Wii Menu 4.2, DVDX won't work.
...That's all I got.
That's cool you don't have to post any information on what you did on your system or what you're actually trying to do.
I was in the car trying to do a rubik's cube and I looked out the window and saw some graffiti that said the number 53, any idea how to do it?
Follow a guide.
I followed all guides there are, this is just some sort of problem with my disc...
I burned an ISO to a DVD-rw disc with imageburn, anything wrong with that?
Wow you've done every guide there is? Well then if you followed mine you must actually know wtf you did with all the explanations of everything so perhaps you can enlighten us on what you really did and what you're trying to do?
Also dvd-rw's probably aren't the best media to use. Use dvd-R's. Though it's entirely possible you didn't actually do whatever you need to do on your system to get them working in the first place, or you screwed something up doing "every guide there is".
Error 324 is incompatible media. Use DVD-R (or DVD+R with booktype set to DVD-ROM if your burner supports it).
I've also seen an error 324 (no cIOS) error when a cIOS isn't actually installed, so if he doesn't really know what he's doing it could be that as well. But yea dvd-rw's aren't a good way to go either way.
