Hacking Getting an PS Vita TV with FW 3.20 in the next days... some questions :-)

I already got an PS4 Controller here for use with it. It comes without a Sony Memory Card, so i can only use the 1GB internal memory for now. Is this enough for installing Henkaku/Enso3.60/Enso 3.65?

If i don't want to play the newer 3.60+ games, is it smarter to stay on Henkaku/Enso 3.60? Has it more features/benefits? AND if not... can i go directly to Enso 3.65, or is it necessary to update step by step?

You can update with the internal mem from 3.60 henkaku(not enso) through the web browser. you will need to ftp all files needed for the 3.65 enso install to the internal mem card through vitashell. just follow the guide and you will be alright. Once on 3.65 enso get a nice 64gb or 128gb usb stick, works a lot better than sd2vita for nonpdrm stuff transfering from pc to usb. I use both a usb and sd2vita but my sd2vita is dedicated to pso2 pretty much.

You need henkaku and usbmc installed, so after enso just set up usbmc and it will format the usb storage for use.

Oh, thats nice. So i could install henkaku, make the usb stick ready, and transfer the files via VitaShell from there, without FTPing them? that would be neat.

P.S.: What do you recommend? 3.60 Henkaku or should i go for 3.60?

I would personally suggest 3.60 since on 3.65 if you screw up you lose henkaku
Theres a guy on reddit in a certain subreddit who dumps 3.65 games for use on 3.60

Yes, PSP mode wasn't changed in any useful way (they blocked ARK on 3.63+, but if you have Henkaku you can use the superior Adrenaline instead)

Do note that, to end up on unmodded 3.65, you need to reinstall the OS - which is only possible through deliberate action...

Just for the record, i have put 3.65 on 3 pstv units and none of them lost both vitashell and moloecular shell. My main one that was already modded with 3.60 enso lost vitashell but it was easily reinstalled, The other 2 had no issues at all. just easier in my openion to not have to mess with vitamin or mai dump anymore with pkgj and or npsbrowser being availiable and better.

In between, i got my VitaTV and setted everything up so far, updated also to Enso 3.65.

I installed usbmc and it works flawless with my 16GB Stick. The istallation of NONDPRM games is still a big mystery to my. I putted the nondprm.spkrx file in every ux0/ and ur0/ folder and edited the config.txt. But after using the Live-Refresh-Option, always 0 items are found and the games do not show up. I already googled this common problem, but i just can't solve it. Any help?

The config.txt file has to be in Ur0:tai/ ONLY!!! if you have a config.txt and a nonpdrm.skrpx inside Ux0:tai/ it won't work even if it's properly setted up in Ur0
