Hacking Geometry Wars: Galaxies graphical glitches

Anyone else experiencing multiple graphical glitches in Geometry Wars on the DS?
I can't even get past the main screen, anyone else got it, or did i just get a defective rom?

Helps if you let us know what your equipment is. It's working fine on my EzV though.

Currently using a DsPhat, and a EzFlash 4, miniSD 2Gb.
Mate of mine also using some config, but with a 1Gb MiniSD, also full of graphical glitches, unplayable.

Did he happen to download from the same site as the one you used?

Yeap, he did, but another friend of mine, downloading from the same place, but using a EZflash5 has no problem whatsoever.
