I have a very strange problem.
Im running system version 3.3e and Gecko OS (1.06) did launch via Home Brew Channel beta 8. All was working perfectly.
Now I wanted to access the shop channel, but remain with my config and versions above so I installed the HBC friendly versions of the Wii Shop and IOS51 installer. While I was at it, i also updated the HBC to beta 9 and Gecko OS to 1.07b.
I can now access the shop channel, but when launching Gecko OS "This is not a valid wii application" is displayed. Other apps installed work such as the WAD Installer etc. I have re-downloaded Gecko OS but no luck.
I am so confused. What could be the cause of this? I have tried a newly formated SD card - incase the files were correupt, but still get the same message.
Please help me!
Many thanks indvance.
