Hacking Gecko Os Nunchuck issue (tree of tranquility)

I've found a few posts with this same issue but not many answers that solved my problem.

I own a physical disc copy of Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility and it works perfect when I load it normally.

I recently installed Gecko Os to use some cheats for infinite stamina and money and when I load the game through the Gecko Os app, it'll get stuck on a screen telling me to connect a nunchuck even when I have.

Any help would be much appreciated!
